Woodbridge Cooperative is a corporation consisting of the land, the building with 78 Living Units, and common areas. The corporation is owned and run by the members. Each member owns a share, giving them the right to live in their Unit, vote on important matters, and share in the use of the common areas. The members elect a Board of their peers to oversee the corporation.
